Have just moved into a new house and need to make some minor changes inluding 40 odd downlights to be replaced (i have the new ones), hang a back lit mirror, nightlight sensor in a hallway, maybe install a couple of new downlights (ie cut the hole int he ceiling). Im after an hourly rate to complete this work.
