TV cable hiding

We need the cables from the TV and soundbar routed through the wall above the fireplace, through the ceiling and connected to electricity. There are two powerpoints close by on adjacent walls in the same room: one four metres away, and one two metres away. The ceiling is 2.3 metres high and accesible via a crawl space. The room is due to be plastered after these cables have been hidden. Anytime before Sunday April 15 would be great.
