Wire up heat transfer fans and connect Comms cabinet power

Existing heat transfer fans 3x in ceiling space are wired to an extension lead. These need to be properly wired into the circuit breaker panel. The Comms cabinet has an electrical wire run but is not connected. This needs to be connected in to the circuit breaker panel. I already have the wire for all these installations.
