Bathroom Extension

13 square meter extension onto house incorporating new laundry, toilet extension, new bathroom and 2 new cupboards. Laundry sink and plumbing will need moving out approx 1.5m as will toilet, vanity, bath and shower. Building wise there is a 13m extension plus porch. Old porch materials can be recycled so no timer needed for this. There is a rotten floorboard under current bath. Electical wise will need wiring into new bathroom area and installation of fan/heating system plus heated towel rail. Will need new bath, vanity, shower cubicle and shower. Toilet can be recycled. Tiling and flooring we can sort out later. Drainage will need to be moved, or T-junction to push out approx 2m from current location.
