Tiny House Electrical

I am part way through building a tiny house and once the house is water tight i need all the electrical fitted. I want to be as cheap but energy saving using LED in all rooms/areas . I will be hooking up to mains or solar so i need both options and i have someone i am sorting to install the solar kit. I am needing an electrical cert for insurance purposes. The house is 7.3m x 2.35m and 3.5m high. I would like to have some recessed lights, a few swivel head lights, to hanging lights in the lounge amd an outside light. I'm not sure what you'll need for information from me but I'd like to get a quote for installation if i supply all of the light fittings, plugs, switches etc ir whether cost and quality wise it's better to let you sort for me!
