new wiring

I need some switches/plug socket removed from the wall above the gas hobb to above the front of the left wall of stove. The stove is in the corner. I have had a registered electrical firm to come and price a quote but I havent heard from them. (now 6 weeks on) I am having a new kitchen installed including a new electric wall cavity oven and gas hobb and range hood. There is currently an expelair unit in perfect working condition on the wall at the back of the stove but I know now that these witches cannot be in a position where you might have to reach over a fire on the stove. I also have a switch for the electric oven unit a little beneath the expelair switch. I know already that the expelair switch runs off a light circuit. The electric oven switch is 15 or might be 20 amps. So need thes both moved to beside the light switch, probably 2.5 feet away. I will also be replacing the melanine panelling that is currently surrounding the stove so breaking or damaging this is not an issue as new gib and a back splash will be going up too. Installing a new purchased rangehood is also required. I would like a quote or near estimate please
