Job description

Electrical Renovations
Waimakariri

We are putting in a new kitchen (Opp side of house to where kitchen currently is) and need to install the wall oven we purchased online. It currently has a large plug, not sure if that's fine according to building code, or whether it needs to be hard wired. There is conjugate already in the walls, and there is some wires around. Only the wall behind the oven has been gibbed. The rest, including ceiling is exposed, and easy to access. We also have easy roof cavity access into the rest of the house. The previous owners were going to put a kitchen in also, but they didn't get round to it, so there is much wire lying around - not sure if anything is hooked up, or where it disappears to. (Photo of what can be seen attached.) Some items have labels. Switchboard is about 6m away from bulk of wiring, ATCF. We have two switchboards in the house. Dependent on cost, we may also ask you to install a microwave plug above oven, and take out some old wiring, and maybe at a later date install a few new plugs and light switches. So we would really appreciate a quote for the bare minimum of the oven installation, with the possibility of getting more work done now also...
