Lights to install

We have a number of new lights we would like installed - some are to replace existing lights, some are a new feature light that would need wiring up as well. We also have a couple of other faulty lights that we would like repaired and a pile of cables left protruding from the lounge wall by the previous owners of the house that we would like someone to tell us what they all do so we can decide what to do with them. We would need this work done by end of February and would like a fixed quote before we go ahead. Thanks, Hannah
