Change LED down light and replace spring holding light to ceiling.

We have one down light that needs bulb replacing. It is wired and we don’t know how to replace the bulb. In these types of downlights. Also the gadget with springs holding the light fixture in place in the ceiling may need replacing. Urgent small job that needs doing. Light fitting is currently being held in place flush with ceiling by sticky tape. Also if you know anything about home sound systems, that would be helpful. We can only work the sound system in one room. This is not as important as the light fitting.
