Install pendant lighting

We have just moved into a new (older style) home and would like a couple of the ceiling lights changed to pendant styles. We already have the new pendants. We will also need some extra plug sockets installed in the near future and would like a quote for those. Eventually the whole house is going to need a rewire as there are some major renovations planned. It would be good to discuss ideas for that too.
