Extractor fan in place of Louvre window

We are wanting to get our bathroom up to Healthy Home Standards and need to get rid of our louvre window and are wanting to put an extractor fan in its place. We assume the window space may be a bit too big for a fan so may need additional framing around it. Approximate measurements of window are 500m width, 440m height. Looking for quotes please.
