External power for tools!

I would like to have a couple of external power sockets installed on the rear side of my home, either within the ‘manhole’ leading under the house, to access as needed - or up high, under the house eaves (for any overhead setup running a chain from house-shed). This would mostly be used for occasional tools/electronics in the storage shed
