Check and replace light fittings and bulbs

Needing some electrical tidy-up on a vacant rental property to prepare for sale listing. The rental property has recently become untenanted and need someone to go in and replace light bulbs in the house (bedrooms, dining and outside entrance way etc) so that they either match in each room or are working and then secure some light fittings/ replace if needed. I would say once you have had a look and quoted all work will be able to be done in one day (unless something untoward happens) Work is required as soon as possible and will need to be reliable and have have communication.
