Labour only electrcial work to convert garage to 2 bed unit

There is power in the garage already for power plugs, and lighting. We are converting the garage to a 2 bed unit so there is a lot more electrical work to go in, for Kitchen, Bathroom, lounge, laundry, more lighting, power plugs, heat pump etc etc Job is for labour only to complete this work, I have a lighting and power plug plan. These plans can be provided along with house plans to interest parties, must be certified electrician as this is been done under a building consent which is issued.
