Hi, My partner and I have recently purchased a house and have a list of electrical fixes and improvements, we seek quotation from a suitably qualified professional: 1. External light sensor requires replacement 2. Three tier LED pendant light in foyer has faulty second and third phase, only one of the three light circles will activate as a result 3. Replace two conventional double switched power sockets with USB (A+C)/double switched socket 4. Install new double switched power socket in master bedroom office wall 5. Repair/replace thermostat on hot water cylinder 6. Install additional light switche in hall and master bedroom 7. Replace ten recessed ceiling downlight fittings in master, hall and kitchen 8.
