Install replacement bathroom heat/exhaust/light unit

This job is for installing an already-purchased HPM Heat, Exhaust and Light unit with existing wiring. The original ceiling unit has already been removed, so this is just connecting up the replacement unit in the ceiling and wiring up the switch on the wall. Hoping to install this ASAP. This is for a rental but it is currently not occupied, so access is simple. Photos attached of the replacement, existing cavity (wires and ducts easy to reach inside) and switch that'd need replacing from the kit.
