Fix toilet extractor fan

I have a small downstairs toilet that uses an extractor fan (as it has no window). The fan stopped working last year. I use another toilet upstairs but I might sell the property so would like the downstairs one fixed first. The work could be completed in January 2022 if you are too busy. My preference is for vaccinated people to do the work.
