Condensation around recess light in bedroom, blows the bulb

Need you to get up in roof, check theres no leak, see if building paper has condensation and fix it so theres no moisture around the recess light, insulation in roof. Also replace the heat bulb in bathroom-screw or bayonet, not sure. Today if possible or tomorrow at latest. Thanks.
