We need a garage on a rental property. Ideally and depending on cost we would like to put it in under the house with a extra bedroom. Otherwise it will either have one wall on a crosslease boundry or one wall on the front boundry. Section is pretty steep but the good news is that the house is elevated above the road level and is the front half of the crosslease, so good access. Will need some good retaining walls no matter where the garage goes. Also want to put large deck either over or on top of the garage or beside the house. Really need to discuss cost and pro's and cons of all the options on this one. Photo one shows the house from the west with the car parked between the house and the front boundry (could put a single garage here as per above). Second photo is from beside the house on the east side looking down towards the road (other potential place for single garage).
