New ceiling lights in garage plus....

We need additional lights in our double garage. We currently have 5 down lights but is insufficient as we would like to build a new home gym. Possibly re-position all the lights and fit additional lights or just add new lights. Hoping to have around 7-8 lights in total. We would light addition 2-3 lights in our living room as well. These lights are spot lights that take MR16. We will need to have addition tv socket in our garage hooked up to sky if this can be done at the same time.
