Extend Sky coax and UHF coax

All in easy access existing roof space. Put a 3 or 4 way splitter for UHF (existing is two way), install new coax approx 20m. Extend sat dish coax cable (currently dual cable to two rooms), maybe split one in the roof and extend approx 20m. Then terminate both tidily in to the one wall plate in the garage. Install 2 Cat6 to lounge and run (through roofspace) 1 approx 20m to bedroom and the other 30m to garage. Terminate tidily in wall plates. Open to other options if you can do it better or smarter.
