New Barn build connection to grid

Hi, I have a bare land block with power to the gate in South Wairarapa. I am in the process of building a barn as the initial structure and want to connect this to the grid power which is approximately 100m away from the building platform. The power will be used for lights, water pump, small machinery (air compressor, waterblaster, etc) as well as act as the base of operations for the future house build (charging battery power tools, etc) There will be a house built approx 60m from the barn which will also need an electrical connection and full house wiring within the next 12 months.
