Kitchen demolition and renovation

Renovate kitchen area on 1930s house, including removing interior supporting wall, fireplace and chimney that separates kitchen from dining room. Making good floor (wide rimu), walls, ceilings and roof. Removing window and replacing it with a shorter window of same small paned cottage style. Add 2nd matching window. Add 3rd new bifold window and 2 high windows. Add pantry. Turn hall closet into laundry. Rehang exterior door. I haven't included plumbing (converting to bottled gas) and electrical work.
