Heat Transfer Kit - Install

I'm looking for some guidance re install of a heat transfer kit. I have attached a picture for the concept of layout that I think will suit best. House is 18 months old, we have a good log burner in living area and would like to transport the warm air to passage way adjacent bedrooms. I don't have a transfer kit so would be supply and install based on acceptance of quote. Looking for experience installer that will provide a top job, quality install and solution. Thank you...
