Electrician Prebbleton

Looking for a new electrician for 2-3 homes per year. I have been in the industry for 25 years so know the market and rates well which we all know is softening. I have been building quality homes for the past 8 years but due to poor workmanship, I now look for a new contractor. I have a takeoff for our next home so very easy to price You must be an excellent communicator foremost. I am very well organised but also forget the odd thing so you will also keep me on my toes and work as a team I would prefer if you can supply and install or just install heatpumps as well Must be LBP and well adversed in health and safety Look forward to your reply Thanks
