Assistance at getting an oven and washing machine operational

Posting on behalf: Client has let me know they have moved into their property which they have power connected through a provider (did not disclose) and the oven and washing machine are currently not operational. He thinks this could be an electrical issue as he also has a few power points/usb ports that are also not working. He would like someone to come and look at these ports and appliance to help get them operational. He would like these issues resolved ASAP.
