Install light fittings and repair 2 faulty fittings

We want to install a new cooktop, install 4 wall lights, install 2 outside lights, fix a three phase switch that has stopped working, fix a ceiling light that has stopped working and attach some other lights which are installed and working to the wall/ceiling. Note that all the wiring is already in place. We would like to discuss the job with you and get advice on the type of fittings to buy for the new wall and outside lights.
