All new electrical for small house

Updating wiring for a 1920s house. The water heater is from 1966 so who knows how old the wiring is! The plan would be LED recessed lights in three bedrooms, one lounge, kitchen, and bathroom. New breaker panel. Completely new additions of heavy duty outlets for stove and clothes washer. Approximately 25 standard outlets throughout the house. Honestly, we even need new faceplates for switches. The house needs love. Thank you.
