Pendant Lights, Chandelier (?), Stairway Chandelier, & Bathroom Mirror Lights
Job description
This is a reposting of a previous job as the scope of work has increased. The tasks are: 1. Replace the 4 builder-grade pendant lights above the kitchen counter with pendant lights that have similar "connectors" ("connectors" are what I'm calling the part of the pendant lights that connect to the ceiling). The replacement pendant light will probably be similar to this: --- /. 2. Install a chandelier (I think these may still be called pendant lights, though) in the center of the dining area. There is an existing downlight that can be used to connect the wiring. The light will probably look something like this: --- /. 3. UNDECIDED: Install a stairway chandelier at the corner of the lounge. There is an existing downlight that can be used to connect the wiring. However, we may need to slightly offset the stairway chandelier so that it is positioned closer to the corner. The light will probably look something like this: --- /. 4. Install a vanity light / mirror lights in the powder room. There is an existing downlight the can be used to connect the wiring. The light will probably look something like this: --- /. NOTES: 1. None of the lights have been decided on. The links provided are meant to be a reference only. 2. Only tasks #1, #2, and #4 above are set in stone. Task #3 is still being debated on whether or not to push through with it. 3. I expect the work to include some work outside of just electrical work (e.g. a bit of carpentry, I assume). Please only bid for this job is you can do everything to complete the job properly. 4. There is a potential other project that may be included in this one, or may be done at a later date. It's to install 2 pendant lights in one of the bedrooms. This can probably be discussed when the scoped job is being done. 5. Photos attached to give bidders a clearer picture of the job.
