Install a wall mounted 65" TV and hide wiring

We have a new TV that we want wall mounted. We have the correct wall mounting bracket already. There is a power outlet on the same side of the wall on the ground, and there is also electrics on the other side of the wall, behind where we want the TV. We want someone to not only install the wall mounting bracket and attach the TV, but also to install a plug in the wall or hide the cabling so the wires are hidden behind the TV.
