Fit ceiling fans (no lights) in living room and master bedroom. House is single storey and ceiling height is 2.4 metres. Fans will require new holes drilled ie they are not replacing existing lights or fans. Controls can be placed on walls adjacent to existing light switches. Easy loft access Completed before Christmas if possible
