New Bathroom Light/Exhaust Fan

We are after an electrician to help install our new light/exhaust fan in our bathroom, and to also remove the old light/fan so we can patch them up and paint the ceiling. The bathroom is currently under renovation, has floor tiles down and is empty. All the wiring is there as I think there used to be one in the bathroom, but has since been removed. And there is easy access to our roof.
