Installation of new ducted ceiling fan to bathroom

To comply with Healthy Homes electrician should install at 2nd bathroom extractor fan. The fan and all exhaust ducting should have at least diameter 120mm, OR the fan and all exhaust ducting must have capacity of at least 25 litres per second. The fan must vent extracted air to outdoors. I have good experience with Manrose brand .
