He inspected the job and agreed to a certain date, which he couldn’t make due to unforeseen circumstances. However he failed to communicate a follow up date, unsure why, possibly due to having other jobs or forgetting to reply? However, when we did communicate he was very kind and clear about everything, it’s a shame the job could not be completed/started in time.
