Hi, Please see attached a mark-up to assist the following description; Remove/ replace 17x existing lights and swap to Install 28x new recessed downlights and . (We would take care of the actual removal) Install 2x pendant lights above kitchen bench (island). Fix/ replace 1x extraction fan (#1) Install 1x new extraction fan (#2) Install 1x sun tunnel. tube in the hallway. Will need about 2m of tube. Please put an option in to have the hallway lights turn on by sensor. You have access to inside the roof - see picture of outside view. The painter will be coming in after your work to cover any holes and make the ceiling look good. A builder will be onsite to assist if required. We would like you to commence the install on Wednesday 27th July 2022 as this is when we get possession of our new property. Please provide a cost breakdown. Thank you :)
