New smoke alarms needed and a couple of minor electrical jobs

We have a new house with three smoke alarms which we have had to disconnect because when they sound accidentally, there seems to be no way of stopping them other than to take the battery out. We need three fitting which can be disabled by pressing a button if they are accidentally triggered - better quality ones I suspect. In addition we have a couple of small electrical jobs - one socket coming away from the wall - 2 minute job and a bulb over the cooker top that has become dislodged (see pix). There's always someone in during the day so timing is flexible. (We are a fully vaccinated household).
