New switches/powerpoints/batten holders

Looking for an electrician to supply and install all new light switches, powerpoints, and batten holders at a rental at 148 Champion St, Cannons Creek. Also need all new lightbulbs put on. All of the existing have already been unscrewed so they aren’t touching walls (ready for painting). Approx: 11x single light switches 2x double vertical light switches 2x horizontal powerpoints 6x vertical powerpoints 12x batten holders 12x lightbulbs Also will need new HWC switch kit wired in as installing new HWC. Lockbox on-site
