Replace plugs and switches and new light install

Hi - I have a 1960's small 1 bed unit I want some power sockets, and light switched places, lights installed and moved. - 6 x single power outlets - 2 x double light switch - 3 x single light switch - 1 x ceiling spotlight replace (existing light) - Disconnect oven power outlet and switch - Reconnect light (during some renovations I can no longer turn on a light in my basement) Additionally I have three wall lights I would like to have quoted to move to be ceiling lights. Depending on costs of this part of the job, I may not go through with it.
