Fix downlights

The some of the IC LED downlights in our lounge have stopped working, all seem to be on the same switch. We need this repaired as soon as possible as we are having ceiling insulation installed later in the week. Also interested in getting a quote for replacing other downlights to IC rated where insulation can be laid overtop.
