Investigate and fix hot water cylinder
Job description
We're away on holiday, while we've been away we had a leak in the driveway. Our flatmate turned off the water but since then the water cylinder has drained out, and now the cylinder is not heating the water. Given that I am unable to investigate myself, we need someone to stop by to check what's going wrong and get this working for us Cheers

3D Electrical Services investigated, said we needed a new thermostat, this did not resolve our HWC (switch board was randomly tripping). Asked 3D Electrical to investigate. They said that theres no issue with the HWC and that our wiring needed to be redone (2nd opinion said it didn't, it was 16A and HWC takes 12A), tried to charge for their time. 3rd opinion did a simple resistance check of the element showed readings all over the place (see attached)
