Connect electricity to external studio building

We have a 3x2.4m home studio (to be used as music studio)being built on our property. About 1.5m from house. We need electricity wired in and power points installed. This work needs to be completed during the week the insulation is happening- from lunch time 0ct 20- any time on oct 24th.
