Didn't do what he quoted to do and then provided multiple false invoices and even asked my tenants to provide materials. Became threatening when asked to finish the job.

"I have Learned so much to this job and make some terms to be fair and to be paid. But there are still risks involve when running an Electrical Business . Terms like 50% deposit on agreed pricing to cover you mileage/travel time. Taking ownership of the materials when there’s still pending payment after the job is done. And additional request or job that is not quoted will be added to the total price which is agreed in the first place."
