Repair wiring to the range hood bitten off by mice
Job description
Range hood wiring bitten off by mice and rat. Also need to replace some spot lighting as per photo. Please also help remove the filters of the range hood so that tenmats can clean them. Thanks, George

"This clients tenant keeps an absolutely filthy kitchen. The range hood filters were completely clogged in grease, so much so that the fan had tripped the fuse. I reset the fuse and the range hood was working. This was just a fire waiting to happen, if the motor had shorted out, the range hood would have burnt for days on end with all that grease in it. Disgusting. I quoted for replacement filters but the client did not approve. It took four days of sending invoices to get client to pay. Rating C"
