Outdoor Lighting

Electrician required to estimate for exterior electrical changed. Planning to build a deck this summer. I require guidance and possible prewiring before the deck is complete. Currently, there are two exterior wall mount lights fitted. There is no outdoor power outlet. The plan is to have garden lighting, fixed festoon lighting in the pergola, outdoor heater and if possible, a single led spotlight and outlet. I need advice if the wall light wiring can be repurposed for my electrical requirements. If this is possible a quote is requested. I will supply fixtures. Garden light (transformer) = 60w Festoons = 300w approx. Outdoor heater = 1800w
