An old three-bedroom villa needs a rewire. The bathroom has been done, and apparently other parts, but it largely needs a complete makeover in all things electrical. Some hot points are at chest level, others have wires draped across the ceiling, light fittings are old, and there just aren’t enough hot points. We also want a heat transfer system installed to take the heat from the main living area to the bedrooms. The ceiling and floor are accessible. We know this is a messy job and we want it done by someone who knows what they’re doing.

Andrew and his team were a good bunch to work with. They did a great job re-wiring our 1930’s villa and installing a heat transfer system. Good communication and did what they said they would do. They had to work around elderly tenants and they treated them with respect, despite their hoarding tendencies.
