We would like a 1 or 2 room heat transfer kit installed from main lounge to hallway and an exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet. (or welcome any suggestions) No fans are in place these are new installations. The property has a tenant in situ, all arrangements will need to be made with the property manager. Built early 70's.
