Replace an electric hot water cylinder

Hi - Am wanting to price how much it costs to install a new electric hot water cylinder . I am in a 1950s ex state house. Current cylinder looks pretty old and has written on it 'Allblaze Hot Water Cylinder' 30 Gallons. I am not having any problems with the way it heats water but my hot water pressure is pretty terrible and definitely fed up with shower that trickles out. I also have a ?? header or expansion tank thing in the roof which is linked in with the hot water system somehow, which I hope could be dismantled/removed if I installed a new tank.
