Install new hot water cylinder

My current cylinder Im afraid may be too old and cause problems in future. Can I get quote for a new Hot water cylinder to be installed in garden which is approx 5-10 meters away from where laundry kitchen and shower is. My builder said the current one which is stuck in the roof will have to be decomissioned. I heard there are two types of hot water cylinder that is suitable for outdoors if I can get quote for both? Wanting to know price for both low pressure or if I upgrade to mains pressure (currently low) thanks
