Installation of electrical outlet in carport

I'd like to install an electrical outlet in my car port so I can charge my car outside. The car charger is just a 10amp one so should be able to run off the same circuit as my garage. The job would likely involve running a feed outside and drilling a small hole through the wall of my garage (would need to be weather tight). Total length of extension is expected to be about 4 meters.
