4 x pendants to be hung

Hi, Looking for an electrician to replace 2x pendants, hang 1 new pendant, and add a new light to the cupboard under the stairs. There is a lightswitch on the opposite side of the wall so I think it will be easy to add in a new light. The new pendant needs to be fixed to the ceiling so the four bulbs hang over the dining table --- / Thanks :) Sarah
